Based on the definition of the individual as a biopsychosocial and spiritual being, as well as on education for comprehensive health and welfare, USIL Style presents it five lines of action.
Healthy diet
Inform and educate the USIL community about the principles of a healthy and sustainable diet.
Emotional wellness
Promote the emotional wellness of members of the USIL community, fostering their ability to adapt and cope, as well as their personal and social development.
Spiritual welfare
Contributes to the spiritual strengthening of USIL community members through the cultivation of a strong foundation of faith.
Physical activity for good health
Promote healthcare among members of the USIL community through regular physical activity as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Art and culture
Create spaces for developing artistic skills and fostering culture among the members of the USIL community to contribute to their personal and social welfare.
USIL Style 2022 - Services
USIL Style makes a set of services available to every member of the entire university community to foster their comprehensive health and welfare. Informative, educational, awareness-raising and experiential activities are led by professionals who plan, organize and oversee their efficient and effective execution. Virtual platforms are also used to facilitate their reach and dissemination.
