We have incorporated sustainability concepts in construction, promoting the use of natural resources for greater efficiency in lighting, ventilation, temperature control, etc.
Sustainable North Lima Location
Our building in North Lima stands out for its eco-efficient modern design that permits savings of up to 26.5% in energy use and 40% in water use. Its lighting system reduces energy consumption by 43% and that of the air conditioning system by 27%. As a result, we obtained LEED Gold Certification in North Lima.
Sustainable La Molina Location
Our La Molina campus obtains up to 34% savings in energy use and up to 42% in water use. Seventeen percent of the cost of the construction materials had recycled content, and materials from the region represented 41% of the total cost of construction materials. Therefore, we obtained LEED Silver Certification in La Molina.
